I hereby consent to the storing of my personal data in the ENRICH Project digital archives and to their use for electronic communication with me via e-mail for purposes related to the aims of the ENRICH Project and for the mailing of newsletters and notifications about events undertaken in the framework of this particular Project. I declare my agreement to the storing and use of my personal data for the above mentioned purposes only, until I explicitly request their deletion by sending a message to enrich.euproject@gmail.com, in which case my personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted from the ENRICH Project digital archives. I declare that I understand that the ENRICH Project digital archives are secured and encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). I also declare that I am aware of and providing my consent to the photographing, videotaping and/or otherwise recording of this Event. I declare that I understand that photographing, videotaping and/or other recorded materials, including pictures of myself, might be used in the website of the ENRICH Project, printed and/or digital media and/or social media for the communication and dissemination of the ENRICH Project.
The actions undertaken in the framework of this Event are fully consistent with the “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”, and in particular with regard to the principles and rules specified therein relating to: a) the collection and processing of personal data and the purposes for using personal data, b) the information and access to personal data and the personal data rights, c) the transfer of personal data and d) the security of personal data.
